Oven Roasted Rainbow 

Ingredients

• Rainbow carrots
• Olive oil
• Garlic & herb seasoning (or favorite seasoning)
• Corn starch

1. Set oven to 400 degrees
2. Wash and peel carrots. Cut bigger carrots into halves
3. Mix olive oil and seasoning in a bowl
4. Coat carrots in olive oil mixture
5. Drudge carrots in corn starch
6. Space carrots out on baking tray 
7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping carrots halfway through
