Foods that help fight anxiety

One of my favorite apps to use is myfitnesspal. I was able to lose about 30lbs, and keep it off, by tracking my food intake. It has really helped me in balancing my diet by simply seeing what I\’m eating. The best thing I like about it is the simplicity. Unlike other food tracking apps, myfitnesspal uses the real calories of the food you are eating. It really makes a difference when you see how many calories you are actually taking in – serving size and portion control is a big deal! I can also use it to count macros and percentages of carbs, protein, or fat. I started off using the free version, but the paid version has so many more tools at your disposal. Another great part of myfitnesspal is their blog. It has a TON of great information, from workouts and what trainers say to different recipes and foods to try.
