Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie


  • 2 bananas (frozen and cut in pieces ahead of time)
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
    • Jif is my preference
  • 1 ½ cups Vanilla Almond Milk
    • Blue Diamond Almond Breeze is my preference
  • 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
    • Lava Pili Nut yogurt is my preference

*other variations I add are – whipped cream, chia seeds, beet powder

** greek yogurt can be substituted for the non-dairy yogurt

  1. Put frozen banana pieces in blender
  2. Add 1 cup milk
  3. Add peanut butter
  4. Add yogurt
  5. Add any of the variations like powder, chia seeds, or whip cream
  6. Add additional ½ cup milk
  7. Blend together until it has the desired consistency – you may have to add a little more yogurt or more milk
